The PRAKOT service is operated by Kora Labs Group LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (USA).

1. The service

PRAKOT ("we", "us") measures AI visibility: whether and how AI assistants mention a brand when consumers ask buying questions. We deliver measurement reports and monitoring dashboards. We are an independent measurement service; we do not sell ranking manipulation and we do not guarantee any particular AI output, ranking, or business outcome.

2. Fair use

You may check brands you own or have a legitimate interest in. You must not use the service to harass competitors, misrepresent results, or resell reports as your own measurement. Automated scraping of the site outside documented endpoints is not permitted.

3. Payments and renewals

Paid products are listed on the pricing page. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by the refund policy.

4. Reports and intellectual property

Reports are licensed to the purchasing brand for internal business use, including sharing with your own team and contractors. The measurement methodology, question panels, software, and site content remain our property. You may quote report excerpts publicly with attribution to PRAKOT.

5. Honest-measurement disclaimer

Results are statistics of the stated measurement round, collected via AI providers' APIs. AI answers change over time and may differ from any individual consumer's session. We report variance honestly and never promise fixed outcomes.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions: support@prakot.app or the contact form at prakot.app.
