The PRAKOT service is operated by Kora Labs Group LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (USA).

1. Full report (one-time)

Cancel for a full refund any time before the report is delivered. After delivery, the purchase is non-refundable, but if you find a factual defect in the measurement (wrong brand matched, corrupted data), we re-run the measurement and reissue the report at no charge.

2. Monthly subscription

First month: full refund within 7 days of the first charge, no questions asked. After that, cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges and your access continues to the end of the paid period. We do not prorate partial months.

3. How to request

Contact support@prakot.app or the contact form at prakot.app with the brand name and payment reference. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
