The PRAKOT service is operated by Kora Labs Group LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (USA).

1. What we collect

When you check a brand: the brand name, category, and optional contact details you choose to leave. When you message us: your name, brand, email or LINE ID, and your message. We also keep coarse, non-identifying attribution (referrer path, campaign tag, device class, preferred language). We do not store your IP address or full browser fingerprint with your records, and the public site sets no tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics.

2. What we use it for

To produce your reports, respond to your messages, operate subscriptions, and understand which channels bring visitors. We do not sell or rent personal data. Measurement answers we collect from AI providers concern brands, not private individuals.

3. Retention and deletion

Measurement records are kept permanently as anonymous statistics: this archive is the product. Personal contact details are stored separately and can be deleted on request at any time without affecting the anonymous measurement archive. Ask via support@prakot.app or the contact form at prakot.app.

4. Where data lives

Data is hosted with our cloud infrastructure providers. Payments, when offered, are processed by external payment providers; we never see or store full card numbers.

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. Thai users: we honor the rights granted by the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA); the deletion flow above exists specifically to scrub contact data on request.
